Lodge owners on the Golf Association committee are working with the Club to improve the condition of the golf course, attract prestigious tournaments, develop young players through the golf school, and build social communities with ladies' roll-ups and seniors golf. New Marshal

While guests settled into their lodges, roads were criss-crossed with ruts (click photo to enlarge). Branches came down but thankfully no trees - though some are missing bits of their summer foliage. A few lodges incurred superficial damage and one or two lost parasols (owners have been notified). Most of the bunkers were washed out by the storm causing the Club to cancel the Championat du Lot as the course was not in a fit state to play. However greenkeeper Jerôme was up early Saturday morning blowing the greens and tees so that guests could play if they wished. Everyone on the team rallied round to help the first big Saturday go well. Our thanks to them all
