| Renting your property |
With new marketing promotions boosting rentals throughout the season (advertised in the press and on the main website) it's important to reserve any dates you plan to use your lodge well in advance. If you wish to change your reservation, please e-mail Vivian as soon as you can to ensure your property is available when you want it and available to rent when you don't. It is very important to keep the confirmation of your booking. If you do not receive a confirmation within a few days, your request has not been received. Please follow up with Vivian. |
| Rental Policy |
A strict policy of allocating income to the occupied property is maintained as we do not believe that a pooled rental income system fairly reflects the investment some owners have made in their properties to attract more rental clients or the premium some have paid for location, access and views. Although this complicates this administrative process it will, in our mind, provide a fair long term reflection of the rentability of each property on the site. See the main website for |

| Selling your property |
Properties at Souillac Country Club are freehold purchases. Owners wishing to sell their lodge free to do so using whatever means you choose such as a French estate agent, a website, the press, personal reference, exhibitions, etc. You are in no way obligated to ask SGCC to re-sell your house. The club is NOT and cannot function as an estate agent; however we can "introduce" a buyer to a seller. The "introduction" fee is 5% of the final sales price. A simple agency agreement is signed between the seller and SGCC and can be cancelled within 7 days notice by either side. Any owner wishing to discuss the sale of their property and representation by the club should contact Ludo Hanks at |
